Your course is wonderful. So magical.
By now I have completed both a North American shamanic training and a very extensive Andean shamanism training. We were also taught about all the different realms and temples of the Ukhu Pacha — BUT: over the past five years I often felt more frustration than joy, because it seemed that I simply could not journey shamanically. I hardly see anything. In my previous groups, the focus was always on seeing. There were the “great seers” and the “amazing experiences” of others — and I became more and more frustrated.
But now something has changed: I can feel the realms. Yesterday I entered the space of soul healing, and an entire world opened. Tears were flowing — such powerful emotions: grief, happiness, a sense of home, longing — all at once.
I could perceive all the temples, even though I don’t see anything (except in the Temple of Healing). Your journeys are magical every single time. You truly make the blind see.

I’m also absolutely thrilled with the course. I used to feel very frustrated because shamanic journeys never really worked for me. I was far too much in my head and always tried to see things, or my mind kept telling me what was happening.
Now I can perceive the temples, and they feel wonderful. Thank you so much. 💞💫
The journeys feel so good for my body. They are truly wonderful, and not a single journey passes without tears — but it feels very good.
I have now reached the orange level, and since I return to work tomorrow, I will probably take a small pause until next weekend so everything can settle.

During my training, I was always amazed by what my fellow participants were able to see. For me… it was just black. But my body was reacting. In the courses this was often stressful for me. My own expectations — and the expectations of others — were simply too present.
Most of the time I would later do another journey for myself, without drums or rattles. Then a feeling would usually arise, sometimes with bodily sensations and inner images — or I simply knew what was happening, as if it were unfolding on a screen.
I was really happy that you mentioned, Madita, that journeys can also happen without rattles and similar tools.
I’m looking forward to continuing with the videos and meditations.
Thank you for the exchange in the WhatsApp group and for everything I get to learn through your questions. I also feel deeply touched by the profound journeys into my body. It feels incredibly good not to “do” anything or create action.
I’m noticing that because I’m a very visual type, I consciously set my inner images aside in order to move more into feeling. That is much harder for me — and that’s exactly what I’m here to learn.

I have visited the Hucha Mikuy Wara several times, and my body feels so fluid in my yoga classes — more than it has in a long time.
My right shoulder, which had been blocked for about a year (diagnosed as impingement), now feels completely free. I can even lie on it at night again as if nothing had ever been wrong.
Simply wow.
In the evenings I continue traveling there while lying in bed. And if I happen to fall asleep… Hucha out.
I am, however, working very intensively with the temples, which is why I am (still) in this Hucha Mikuy Wara.
