About

The woman

Madita is a Radical Self-Authority Woman. A modern shamanic teacher.
A tantric embodiment guide.
A bold voice who refuses reduction.

Her work lives at the intersection of spirituality, freedom, sensuality, and reinvention.

Those who meet her describe her as:
“The hidden Priestess.”
“The cool badass Goddess in the room.”
“A strong pillar for women.”
“Soft and sensual — yet fiercely self-held.”
“The voice for what others feel shame to speak.”

Madita is not interested in being only sweet. Or only spiritual. Or only serious.
She stands for loyalty to joy instead of obligation.
Her projects and containers are for women who refuse to reduce themselves to one identity. She believes we can live many lives in one lifetime.
She teaches women how to navigate collapse, release outdated identities, and expand on purpose.

Shamanic School

Madita’s journey began with initiation.

At 24, her body collapsed under chronic pain and severe tinnitus, forcing her to abandon her dream of becoming a sound engineer and redirected her to her shamanic path.

She trained in international schools of the Andean tradition and later became a direct apprentice to Peruvian teachers, entering a lineage-based path of mesa work, energy healing, and ceremony.

It took five years to fully heal her body.
She deepend her path and it became a 15-year devotion to medicine.

Her work includes:

15+ years on the shamanic path
Founder of Mesa School (5-year shamanic training program)
3,000+ healing sessions
120+ workshops worldwide
10,000 books sold

She is a licensed practitioner for psychotherapy (Germany), holds a BA in Musicology and Hispanic Studies, trained in multiple bodywork modalities, and worked professionally as a sound engineer.

Her medicine is grounded and feminine, lineage-based, embodied — and continually evolving.

Shamanism & Tantra

After 15 years within predominantly masculine shamanic structures in a very traditional rural Latin culture, Madita felt called toward softness, sensuality, and embodied femininity.
Since 2023 she is living mostly in Bali, immersing herself in tantric communities, trainings and deep embodiment practices.

Today Madita integrates Andean shamanic lineage work with tantric embodiment, sensual intelligence, and feminine sovereignty.

As one of her teachers once said:

“Your heart and your love are the number one seed you follow.”
Heart-led. Always.

Author & Speaker

Madita speaks and writes about initiation, reinvention, and radical self-authority, about the authenticity of being rather a relaxed woman than fulfilling a mission.

At 39, an unexpected personal loss dismantled her former identity and reshaped her life completely. Rather than rebuilding the old shamanic identity version of herself, she chose expansion, sold ervything, bought a surfskate and moved to Bali.

This initiation became the foundation of her keynote themes:

  • Initiation through loss
  • Identity collapse and conscious reinvention
  • Radical freedom
  • Feminine sovereignty
  • Expansion on purpose

Her talks are not motivational speeches. They hold transmission and permission to tap deeply into our own truth and longing.
