The Andean Shamanic Tradition
The Andean shamanic tradition carries the wisdom of the Earth and the stars.
An ancient knowledge that has been preserved for thousands of years in the mountains of Peru.
It follows the Qapaq Ñan — the path of our own truth.
It guides us back into the womb of Mother Earth —
back to the language of nature.
Through meditations, ceremonies, and prayers we remember what it means to truly listen again —
to the wind, the mountains, the water, the stars, and to your own inner voice.
The shamanic path is not a path of the intellect alone.
It is a path of body memory.
Because your body is nature.
You and Pachamama are one.
The path of the Earth — the path of the Pampa Mesayok — reminds us of this.
And we are invited to remember who we truly are.
And although this path is deeply feminine, intuitive, and experiential,
it follows a clear inner structure.
The Mesa School has organized this path into four progressive stages —
from the anatomy of the energy body and the conscious guidance of your energy,
to ritual work and prayer bundles,
to shamanic journeys through the sacred map of the 44 Temples of Light,
and the work with the Medicine Stones — the Mesa.

Level 1 – Selfcare Package
On-Demand Training · Self-Study
Before going deeper, you learn how to guide your energy — and yourself.
You become familiar with the anatomy of your energy body, based on the Andean tradition.
You learn energy regulation, begin working consciously with your chakras, and practice different cleansing and recharging techniques.
This is where inner stability begins to grow.
The ability to hold and regulate your energy.
To become your own anchor — no matter how intense the world around you may be.
This level is the foundation for everything that follows.
Level 2 – Ceremonies & Rituals
On-Demand Training · Self-Study
This is where your journey begins.
You will learn the foundations of Andean ritual work:
Despacho ceremonies, fire rituals, and water blessings.
You begin to build a living relationship with nature —
not in theory, but as lived practice.
Rituals are the engine that reactivates the flow of your energy with Earth.
When you begin practicing ceremonies and consciously reconnect with the elements, more and more energy will start to move through your body.
This is the first step of reconnection.
Level 3 Shamanic Journeys
6-Month Online Training with Guidance
The Temples of Light is an in-depth online training in shamanic journeying, open to practitioners of all traditions. You do not need to have a Mesa to participate.
This training is designed for experienced shamanic practitioners and energy workers who wish to deepen their journeys and bring their healing work to a new level.
Because shamanic journeying is more than inner images or mystical experiences.
It is the ability to consciously work with different frequencies — to channel them and integrate them within your own body.
In the Andean tradition, we work with the 44 Temples of Light — a clearly defined energetic map of the Earth and of your soul.
You will learn not only how to visit these temples, but how to anchor them within your own energy body.
Level 4 Mesa Training
Online Training with Guidance
Prerequisite: Level 3 Shamanic Journeys and Selfcare Package
In this training, you will create your own Mesa — your personal shamanic medicine bundle.
Here you begin working with Medicine Stones, a form of energy work that is deeply rooted in the Andean tradition.
Not everyone feels called to work with stones — and that is perfectly fine. You are warmly welcome to complete Levels 1–3 on their own.
But if the stones are calling you, this is the moment to create your own cosmos — your own Mesa.
You will learn how to work with the Medicine Stones, where healing happens through the channeling of frequencies that anchor themselves in the body through the stones.
In this level, everything comes together.
Your ability to work with your energy body, your ritual knowledge, and the integration of the 44 Temples of Light.
Now it is time to anchor all of these energies within your own cosmos.
